Product/Activity Price Range
Please note that we will not be selecting brands having excessively high prices.
Our team will keep a check on price list at the event as well.
Please mention your product and price range below (Starting prices and maximum prices) IMPORTANT: Ensure Price tags are displayed on all products and food items.
Additional Information for Food Stall Holders:
1- Shehersaaz has arranged Eco-Friendly cutlery and crockery for the market however you may bring your own, kindly ensure its all eco-friendly, else you can get in touch with us and place order based on your required quantity.

We are more than happy to support you.

2- Bring along a good quality extension wire, along with equipment and gadgets, for Food Stalls only.

3- Food Stalls will be placed under a Canopy.

4- If regular stall holders require electricity kindly inform prior.

5- Tables will be covered with white sheets, Stands or Shelves can be placed at the back, however place them within the given stall dimensions. These will only be placed at the back and not on the side.

Imp: Stall holders can not bring extra table/folding table.

Extra table charges: Rs.1500/- must be informed prior.

Extra chair Rs. 500/-

6- Branding and Marketing: 1 Standee 2'x5' (vertical) to be kept on one side along with 1 Banner 2'x4' wide to be placed on tables front side.

Photography & Media Use Policy
By registering, I acknowledge and consent that Shehersaaz team or Eco Market organizers or their media & communication team may photograph and/or video record the event, including stalls and activities, for use on their social media platforms, website, promotional materials, and possible media coverage.
I understand that as this is a public event, visitors/attendees may also capture and/or share photos or videos independently.

I acknowledge that I have read the Terms and Conditions, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and further agree that this is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreement, written or oral, relating to the event.
